Welcome to the official website of the
"Air Quality Modelling Actors and Skills Inventory"
The main objective of the AQMASI project is to take inventory of the actors, studies, projects and tools related to the modeling of air quality in Nord-Pas de Calais, Picardie, Kent, and Sussex.
The identification of actors, studies, projects and tools related to the modeling of air quality will be undertaken via a on-line questionnaire (paper based also available) at the website.
The target audience for the survey and the website are researchers active in the field of modeling of air quality as well as institutions and businesses in the affected area, who have an interest in the field.
This inventory will enable better visibility of teams and players who work in the area and therefore able to contribute to strengthening of cross-border cooperation.

Air Quality Modelling Actors and Skills Inventory (AQMASI) is partly funded by the European Programme Interreg III.
Interreg III is a Community initiative which aims to stimulate interregional cooperation in the EU between 2000-06. It is financed under the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
This new phase of the Interreg initiative is designed to strengthen economic and social cohesion throughout the EU, by fostering the balanced development of the continent through cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation. Special emphasis has been placed on integrating remote regions and those which share external borders with the candidate countries.
The current project was funded under the micro project scheme, launched for organisations wishing to run smaller projects for a maximum of 12 months. The simplified process aims to remove barriers to smaller voluntary and community groups and SME’s participating in the Interreg programme.
